Consulting Fees
We hope you consider using our services. Since we offer a variety of consultation services, including on-site and off-site consultations, fees vary. For more information on fees or to set up an appointment call my Office Manager at (856) 428-8026, or e-mail, or stop by our Feng Shui Center.
BASIC SERVICE FEES*
1) On-site Feng Shui Consultations: Residences, offices, commercial property, factories, retail shops, condos, apartments, and land. Fees vary according to the size of the property (sq. ft.), the number of people living at the site or the number of businesses/partners at the site. There is an extra charge for 20 miles or more from our office. For sites further away, traveling expenses must be paid.
Off-site Feng Shui Consultations are available. Generally, we will need floor plans and photos of the property sent, faxed, or emailed. Ask for Fee. Annual Feng Shui Updates are also available to maintain good feng shui.

12) Life Path (Past, Present, Future) Special Relationship Reading - Want a Surprise and Interesting Reading, then this is for you! See how the STARS influence your life with other people relationships. (With your Birthday and your friends', parents', sister's, brother's partner's, lover's Birthday I can determine your past life, present life, and future life relationships). Ask for Fee. Don't forget your Pet's Life Reading - I can do it for your loving Pet. (With your Pet's birthday or date of adoption). Ask for Fee.

Additional Services:
13) Space Clearing & Blessing Ceremonies (Traditional/Modern) - Space Clearing is recommended when moving into a new home, remodeling of home, business, new department of business, after a sickness, death, major change such as change in career or loss of job, accidents are happening, house is not selling, when something is out of balance or unusual occurrences are happening. Blessing Ceremonies can be use for grand opening of a new business, before or after renovations, after a birth of a child or before you move into a new home.
14) Site Selection (new construction location, home/office search): Each Trip is $250/hour for 2 hours minimum, each additonal hour is $150/hour
15) IN STATE TRAVEL FEES; No travel fee for appointments within 20 minutes of Haddonfield, NJ, $75 per hour for travel time to and from site. Living Expenses are charge if over night stay in area is needed.
16) OUT OF STATE CONSULTATIONS required prepaid consulting fee, in addition to travel costs such as airlinel ticket, rental car and/or hotel room. Travel and living expenses are the responsibility of the client and shall be paid in advance in addition to normal consulting fees for the Project.
