Before or On the site visit provide:    

1) Floor Plan of the home or building

2) Date of Construction or Date when you Moved In

3) Date & Time (if possible) of Birth for each family member of the home

4) Your reasons for a Feng Shui Consultation at this time

5) Photos of Interior and Exterior of Home, Office or Building (if possible)

All information is secured and kept Confidential.

Besides Monday to Friday, I am available on Saturdays and Sundays. I can arrange for a Feng Shui Consultation on a Saturday or Sunday or even Holidays. Let me know your preference!

1) Conduct a short talk and have a quick tour of the home or building

2) Walk outside your home/building or business to analyze the surroundings

3) Determine the orientation of the home or building

4) Take exact Luo Pan (Chinese Compass) readings

5) Walk through the home, office, building or retail store to review the interior and assure the floor plan is correct

6) Review and analyze the findings based on the Traditional/Classical Feng Shui principals

7) After completion I will explain my findings and provide recommendations (adjustments, possible remedies, colors and placement) at my office/shop

8) Any Questions may be asked up to seven calender days after the Consultation by email or phone

The time involve for the Consultation depends upon the size of the home or building and the number of issues that need to be answered. Most Consultations are usually a minimum of two hours or more. It all depends on the complexity and scope of the home or building.

Most beneficial time for a Consultation is when your are going through a Major CHANGE such as finding Romance or Love for the perfect mate, Moving, Illness, Marriage, Divorce, New Career or Lost of Job. Overall the correct time is when you feel you Need A Change!

The Traditional/Classical of Red Envelopes is used (50% of payment in cash). Payments should be received in Nine Red Envelopes. This custom is passed through the ages and it represents the exchange between Consultant and Client. The remaining 50% payment can be by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover).
